You will be able to access your Google account and all its services again if you have successfully created a new password. Users occasionally delete their Gmail accounts on purpose, and then they wish to recover them so they may read their critical mail or keep receiving emails. Although Gmail informs you before deleting your account that it will be permanently deleted, this is untrue.
